The Future will be Glorious!
Public Relations has come a long way. I see digital media taking the front seat. I see a closer relationship between PR and advertising. In fact, the line separating the two will gradually fade. This raises two questions: will there be advertising agencies? And will there be PR firm. It is my belief that there will be Communication consultancies. And gradually, these will merge with the Consulting firms like McKinsey, PWC, E&Y and the likes. Time will tell.
