PR will play a critical role in articulating that voice, driving meaningful engagement, and building long-term trust.
Technology will also be a defining force. AI and machine learning will empower us to glean deeper insights, personalize outreach, and manage issues in real-time. But amid all the tech advancement, the human element—our ability to listen, empathize, and communicate with nuance—will remain irreplaceable.
