The future lies in Data and Authenticity

The most efficient and systematic way to build a lasting reputation is through PR intervention. It was the case; it is the case and will remain so. There are various ways in which reputation is built. Some of them are as mentioned below:

  1. Seeding Authenticity: Staying true to the core and upholding commitments.
  2. Earned PR and Fake news: In an era of fake news and disinformation the value of earned PR has increased multi-fold and will continue to be. An integral part of it is also weeding out the deterrents (fake news) to correct information.
  3. AI tools as enablers: Can AI replace the human touch of how stories are put together? Definitely not! But can we use AI to enhance storytelling, save time on research and deliver interesting viewpoints? Definitely! Yes!
  4. Understanding data analysis: Importance of data and measurable impact is unquestionable. If we do not use data to read the pulse and adapt our strategies regularly, we might be in for a rude shock.
  5. Harvesting influencer management: Influencers are a crucial PR tool and there is no stopping the impact and insight that they bring to the table. Whether its travel or technology, daily use products or luxury goods, influencers bring their own perspective to a product or service and can make or break the reputation, and their ambit of influence is predicted to only grow in the coming years. PR firms are not only looking at existing influencers but also engaged in nurturing those whose impact will ripen in the coming years.
  6. Packaging Purpose led communication – Diversity and Inclusion (DEI), Culture, Sustainability and Environment are not merely buzzwords anymore. Organisations prioritizing these areas gain an unmistakable competitive advantage and have a wider resonance with stakeholders.
